Tragic shooting of National Guard members in DC

It is a tragedy whenever someone dies, death is a sad, yet inevitable reality for all, as the bible says in Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" and the first part of Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death". Everyone is dying someday, yet in some cases it is much more tragic than others, especially seeing young lives snuffed out senselessly. My heart weeps for my countrymen, Sarah Beckstrom and Andrew Wolfe, who were shot, Sarah being killed at just 20 years old. This murder was allegedly committed by "Rahmanullah Lakanwal" of Afghanistan who is reported to have been a member of a CIA hit squad and worked for the interests of America in Afghanistan. He has since come to the United States and allegedly murdered two Americans. I, along with a great many Americans, pray for the recovery of Andrew and comfort for Sarah's family and I hope that she knew Jesus as her lord and savior. There is sadness in death, but death has lost its sting as the second part of Romans 6:23 says "but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord". God bless
